Larry’s Last Show: Bob Dylan 70th Birthday Bash banked
You can now listen to some performances from the Bob Dylan Birthday Bash in Temple Bar in May, including Left, Right & Centre's 'Down Along the Cove' and Kevin Conneff's tribute to the late Larry Roddy and live performance of 'Lone Pilgrim' the song he sang at Larry's funeral, HERE on RTE's John Creedon Radio Show archive
This was the last concert that Larry Roddy (the truly singular and much-loved Dublin promoter who died last November) was involved with and it was dedicated to his memory. It featured The Fleadh Cowboys - specially reformed for the night on 24th May last - as the house band, and guest artists included Liam O Maonlai, Mundy, Eleanor Shanley, Kevin Conneff, The Mighty Stef, Colm Quearney, Bree Harris, Gay Woods, Chris Meehan, Phil Callery, Siobhan O Brien, The Lost Brothers, Ed Deane, Nigel Mooney, Henry McCullough
